The Fellowship is pleased to present our Casting Call for a modern streaming series of Thom Zahler's graphic novel Time & Vine. We were big fans of this book when it came out in 2017, and we think it would look great on the screen. We have some pretty crazy ideas about it, as well as some other fun stuff. Plus tangents galore and our comics picks of the week.

Announcements:
Come hang out with us! We have monthly meetups on 2nd Saturdays in Garland, TX; details on Facebook & Twitter & the Events tab on our website
We're super excited to announce our partnership with ComicBooks For Kids. Details on the website (and you should be listening to hear more, too 🙂)

What we're up to this week:
Big Bag o' Nothing - too busy to have fun
Disney+ - so much to choose from; fairy tales; streaming services; tax writeoffs
Red Pegasus Comics had their 5th anniversary event with Felissa Rose - congrats to Gabriel & Kenneth
Saw the launch of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game - go check it out on Twitch for a preview 🙂 (and somehow a Black Friday rant)

If it seems like there's a jump when we're talking about Doctor Sleep, that's because we had a technical glitch. If it's doesn't seem like a jump, then there wasn't 😉

Shapes #1 (Cave Pictures Publishing)
Witchfinder Omnibus vol 1 (Dark Horse)

The Fellowship is pleased to present our discussion of Wolverine on or around his 45th birthday. He's a very popular character, with a mysterious backstory and a wide range of stories to draw from. We talk about cultural impact, the anti-hero, his success in feature films, his potential overuse, and a ton of other fun stuff. Plus tangents galore and our comics picks of the week.

The Fellowship is pleased to present our discussion of the Terminator franchise (since we just got a new movie). We have varying levels of excitement about Dark Fate, but the conversation is pretty lively otherwise. We talk about cultural impact, the sequel effect, James Cameron's career, the pitfalls of time travel, and a ton of other fun stuff. Plus tangents galore and our comics picks of the week.

The Fellowship is pleased to present our conversation with Mark Weiss, founder of ComicBooks For Kids. Mark has some wonderful stories for us about the creation of the charity, the amazing reception he's gotten from publishers (and Diamond), and the kids who are the reason for the whole thing. Among other things, Mark is a good storyteller and kept us spellbound nearly the whole time. Plus a little bit of silliness and our comics picks of the week.

Please forgive us for some background noise this week. I cleaned it up the best I could, but some of it still bleeds through.

The publisher Mark blanked on (who recently merged with Lion Forge) is Oni Press.

And seriously, go take a look at the CB4K Facebook page. That's all I'm going to say.
